  • Crystalline silicon solar cell industrial laboratory was established in 2010 (Figure 1).

  • Industrial laboratory for sol-gel silicon oxide technology was established in 2010.
  • PV module assembly plant 65 MW. Started production in May 2011 (Figure 2).

  • Full-scale silicon solar cell manufacturing plant: the first production 60MW line will be launched in 2012, and next 60MW line - in 2015 (Figure 3).
